Final evening, Google dropped the primary developer preview of its upcoming Android 11 cellular working system. Whereas the corporate listed some options resembling floating chat bubbles and restricted location information entry on its weblog, there are some nifty hidden options on this model too.

Sleuths at XDA Developers who put in the developer preview, discovered a hidden menu referred to as Battery Share beneath settings. The report notes that Google has added new code for this function, and it is perhaps engaged on reverse wi-fi charging for the upcoming Pixel 5.

The code advised it’s a Google function, and never an Android Open Supply Challenge (AOSP) function that’ll be out there to all telephones with Android 11. So it’s probably that the function solely meant for the Pixel telephones.
